Non-Surgical Hair Replacement Systems is a technique used to cover extremely thinning areas of hair, bald patches, or complete baldness, due to heredity, alopecia, or medical conditions. Hair Systems give immediate results and are temporary in nature. It can be defined as a wig, toupee, topper, and or hairpiece. It is much less evasive than hair implants or other surgical procedures to help replace your hair.
With Hair Replacement Systems, your options are unlimited when it comes to color, density, style, cut, and length. You can have short hair today and long hair tomorrow. The options are endless.
Different base materials are used to create the system, such as lace, monofilament, and or polyurethane, at times a combination of all base material is used to create the system. This is all dependent upon the need of the client and the extent of the hair loss. These systems are created using human or synthetic hair.
The systems can be attached using adhesives or tapes, giving you a more permanent approach. The adhesive is often needed when the client is experiencing alopecia, and have bald spots or are completely bald. This method is not recommended for individuals undergoing chemotherapy, or are undergoing hair loss treatments from their dermatologist. A more temporary approach would be a hairpiece or custom wig, that you remove on a daily basis. This will also give you the coverage that you need, but the option to remove it at your leisure. Most hair systems are attached using adhesives, but there are many other options available.
A consultation is required to discuss, what options are best for you.
